We have the best customers and are looking for only the BEST SERVICE ADVISOR to help them out. You will be responsible for meeting and greeting our customers with a smile every day. You must have a great attitude, be punctual, organized, friendly, self motivated, great with customers and cool under pressure. You must be honest and full of integrity. You must be able to stay on top of the vehicles/repair orders in the shop and keep your customers informed at all times. You must be able to present items to customers and inform them of why they need to be done now, next time or in the future. You will need to be able to have a good understanding of the functionality of all the components on the vehicle so you can properly explain the needed repairs or maintenance to the customer ( Training will be provided on a regular basis) . We pride ourselves on our inspections and being open and honest with our customers. We are here to actually service their vehicle and make sure they are taken care of....kind of the old fashioned way: )

You must be able to take on responsibilities of opening and closing the store, keeping on top of waiting customer repair orders, properly cashier customers and explain warranties, arrange pick up and deliveries, loaner/rental cars, schedule appointments, utilize point of sale system, basic computer skills, typing skills and phone skills. Additional detailed day to day tasks will be taught and learned once hired and trained.
